Tina and Arnie have been amazing. They go way above and beyond to make your wishes come true! We are moving from another state and did the entire process without coming in person. Tina did all the showings thru extremely detailed video calls. We looked at critical details of each house. The team would get us showings within minutes to maximize our chances of grabbing the perfect home before anyone else. No matter the time in the day Tina and Arnie were always available to help, answer questions, prepare documents and offers and so on. The team set up inspections, also all done thru detailed video with the inspector. We found our home in perfect timing with a winning offer. The whole process was very smooth. A quarterly community outreach focused on supporting single mothers and their children. We partner with local non-profits to host events that bring our community together to provide essential items, encouragement, and care.

This mission is deeply personal — Tina was a single mom for nine years before meeting Arnie — and those experiences have shaped our heart for serving others walking a similar path. Through Black Hills Blessings, we aim to ease the burden for local families, remind them that they’re not alone, and inspire hope through genuine community support.

It’s one of the ways we strive to give back to the place we call home — by helping families in need feel seen, valued, and cared for.
